Hi, and welcome to Ageless Life.
Somewhere along the way, I decided to stop counting years and start designing them. This blog is the story of that choice — and an invitation for you to make it too.
Before Ageless Life, I lived several different lives. I studied English education in Korea, then moved to the United States in my twenties for graduate school. Over the years I built children’s event programs, ran a restaurant, worked as a real estate agent, sold across both online and offline worlds, managed a health and sports center, and served as a marketing director for a senior integrated-care program.
Looking back, every one of those chapters was quietly circling the same questions: How do we stay well? How do we age with intention? How do we keep living fully at any stage? Along the way I learned something simple but powerful: aging isn’t a decline to manage. It’s a season to author.
What “Ageless” Means to Me
Ageless Life sits at the meeting point of four things I deeply believe in:
- Philosophy — Rethinking what “getting older” means, and choosing to live on our own terms, with curiosity instead of fear.
- Eastern Wisdom — Drawing on Korean Saju, a practice Koreans have refined over thousands of years to read life’s cycles and energy, as a compass for balance and timing.
- Lifestyle & Inspiration — Finding beauty in everyday living, from Korean culture and slow, intentional habits to the small rituals that make a life feel rich.
- Longevity Science — Grounding it all in real, evidence-based wellness, from NAD+ and magnesium to sleep and daily nutrition.
I don’t think these worlds are separate. The most vibrant life comes from weaving ancient wisdom together with modern science — and a good dose of everyday joy.
As someone rooted in Korean culture, I bring these traditions to a global audience with both authenticity and love. Ageless Life is where all of it finally comes together — my roots, my years spent around health and wellness, and my belief that the best of Eastern tradition and modern science belong side by side.

Honest reflections on starting over, practical wellness routines for living well at any age, explorations of Saju and life’s natural rhythms, everyday inspiration drawn from Korean culture, and stories from the road — including my dream of traveling the world.
Why I’m Sharing This
I’m not selling miracle cures or quick fixes. I’m not writing from a pedestal, either. I’m documenting a real journey — the research, the habits, the setbacks, and the small joys — as someone still learning, still traveling, still designing my own ageless life, in the hope that it helps you design yours.
